It is possible that the hook of one boot can catch on the lace of the other boot, posing a potential fall hazard.  As of April 15, 2025, the company has received six reports of the top hook catching on the lace of the other boot in Canada, four of which involved minor injuries. In the United States, the company has received twenty-eight reports of the top hook catching on the lace of the other boot and fifteen of which involved minor injuries. The company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Mexico.

Health Canada’s sampling and evaluation program has determined that these high chairs may present an entrapment hazard to children. As of April 14, 2025, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada. Raid® Outdoor Ant Nest Destroyer 2 and Raid Max® Wasp & Hornet Foam Bug Killer 2 aerosol cans show signs of leaking. It has been determined that this issue is limited to cans manufactured at a specific facility and impacts only these two products in the Canadian market. As of March 28, 2025, the company has received no report of injuries in Canada related to these products.

The LED bulbs can overheat, posing a fire hazard. As of April 9, 2025, the company had received two reports of the LED bulbs overheating in Canada. No injuries have been reported. 

The orange silicone disk contains levels of lead in excess of the allowable limit under the Toys Regulations, posing a risk of lead exposure to children. Lead is toxic if ingested, especially to children. A range of serious health effects have been associated with exposure to lead including anemia, vomiting, diarrhea, serious brain injury, convulsions, coma, as well as effects related to the liver, kidneys, heart and immune system. In extreme cases, there have been deaths. Since lead builds up in the body, ongoing exposure to even very small amounts of lead can result in large amounts of lead being present in the body. The detachable tissue box toy  can come apart exposing the small support brackets, posing a choking hazard to young children. As of April 7, 2025, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada. In the United States, the company received one report of the tissue box coming apart, with no injuries reported.

The yolk of the toy egg of the stroller toy can crack and create small parts, posing a choking hazard to young children. As of April 7, 2025, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada. In the United States, the company has received 5 reports of the yolk of the egg component cracking and breaking, with no reports of injury.

The recalled pool vacuum cleaner has a large current adapter that can overheat, posing burn and fire hazards. As of March 27, 2025, the company has received 1 report of a vacuum catching on fire in Canada while charging with no property damage. No injuries have been reported.

If a consumer presses the on/off button too quickly, the unit may appear to turn on, but without the fan starting, which could lead to overheating and possible melting of plastic prior to the overheat safety device engaging and shutting the unit down.  As of March 7, 2025, the company has received two reports of the product overheating in Canada, and no reports of injuries. In the United States, the company has received 18 reports of the product overheating and no reports of injuries.

The harnesses concerned by this recall use FAST LT buckles, positioned on the back, to close the harness. The risk can occur when one or both of the FAST LT buckles break and the harness no longer closes, which places the user at risk of exiting the harness completely, falling from height and sustaining serious injury or death. As of April 2nd 2025, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.

A fuse within the avalanche transceiver can be defective and cause power to drain from the battery, posing a risk of losing emergency communication which could result in serious injury or death. As of March 14, 2025, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.

There are loose magnets in unassembled versions of the Deluxe Pit Kit Slot Cars, posing an ingestion hazard. Small, powerful magnets can be easily swallowed by children of all ages, posing serious and potentially life-threatening risks.   When more than one powerful magnet is swallowed in a short period of time, the magnets can attract one another while moving through the intestines. This can cause the intestines to twist, creating blockages or tearing of the intestinal wall. As of March 27, 2025, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.

When the grease gun is pumping grease and the hose is bent near the adapter; a hole can be created in the hose and it may burst near the adaptor end of the hose. This may pose a laceration hazard to the operator. As of March 28, 2025, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada. The company has received 5 reports of lacerations with some injuries outside of Canada.

Health Canada has determined that this product does not meet the Cribs, Cradles and Bassinets Regulations in Canada creating the potential for fall and entrapment hazards. Health Canada reminds parents and caregivers that the safest place for a baby to sleep is on their back on a firm, flat surface intended for sleep. The recalled products may have a flame that can spread from the wicks to the wax, causing larger-than-expected flames, posing a potential fire hazard. As of February 28, 2025, the company has received 1 report of an incident that resulted in minor property damage in Canada, and no reports of injuries. In the United States, the company has received 5 reports of incidents where some resulted in property damage and 1 report of a minor burn.

The recalled product does not meet the requirements of the Lighters Regulations in Canada and may pose a fire or burn hazard. Specifically, the lighters: may exceed the allowable flame height during ignition; may exhibit an abnormal, sudden increase in flame height; may continue to burn after the trigger mechanism has been released; may not have a child resistant mechanism. Does not meet the labelling requirements As of March 10, 2025, the company has received no reports of incidents in Canada, and no reports of injuries.

The fabric of the bathrobes does not meet requirements of the Children’s Sleepwear Regulations, and pose a burn hazard to children. As of March, 2025, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada and the United States.

The recalled children’s pajamas violate the flammability requirements for children’s sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries to children. Loose-fitting children’s sleepwear can contact ignition sources such as stove elements, candles, and matches more readily than tight-fitting sleepwear, and once ignited will burn rapidly, potentially resulting in severe burns to large areas of the child’s body. As of March 19, 2025, the company has received no reports of incident or injuries in Canada.
