Culture Kizos inc./Kizos Culture inc. printed incorrect cannabinoid values, lot number and packaging date on the label of the affected product.  The labels show that the Total THC is lower than the actual value. Without knowing the accurate THC level in the product, it could be difficult to make informed decisions regarding your cannabis use. This may lead to over-intoxication and temporary adverse health consequences associated with THC overdose, which could include: confusion disorganized thinking physical and mental impairment anxiety fear or panic decreased blood pressure elevated heart rate In remote cases, depending on the individual and the dose of THC consumed, THC overdose can also result in psychotic episodes characterized by paranoia, delusion or hallucinations. These effects could in some cases lead to an emergency department visit or hospitalization.

As of October 10, 2025, the company has received no reports of the curling iron barrel detaching in Canada.  In the United States, the company has received 258 reports of the curling iron barrel detaching, including six reports of minor burn injuries.
